    we’ve had great feed back from this event, leading to a request to present at The C2 Cultivating Collaboration 2011 conference (http://ctwo.org.uk/about-c2/conference-2010.aspx) early next year on Sodexo Prestige’s work on Scottish Sourcing. Other speakers at this event Include Waitrose and Fortieth Food serveice

    Dessert on the night was mini Pavlovas with cream and delicious Scottish late harvest berries (raspberries, Strawberries and blueberries from Angus ) hope you enjoyed !

    ………..well here comes the season again, racing at Perth and Hamilton Park begins at the end of this month and wedding season will be upon us soon too. A rerun of our supplier client evening, this time at Hamilton Park, again some great products from our suppliers, a new fishmonger in Direct Seafoods and some great early season foraged foods including Wild leeks and Garlic,Ground Elder, Pennywort and a new one to me , Alexanders, tastes similar to celery but stronger, not to everyones taste Andy Fraser tells me but when i’ve tasted it i’ll let you know !!
