The Royal Wedding, it’s time!

Months of media conjecture covering every aspect of the Royal Wedding are almost at an end. Easter Eggs but not as we know them

Food scientists differ in their opinion into which food group the egg falls into. Previously they were seen as dairy products but the absence of milk along with high iron and protein levels have seen many experts now categorise them into ‘meat and alternates’. It is almost possible to argue that with their unique qualities (calcium, amino acids, vitamins A, B, D and E to name a few) and wide range of varieties they should have a category all of their own. BBQs and Burgers

As last week’s sun blitz turns our attention to the summer, venues around the country from Ashton Court Mansion to Knebworth will be dusting off their barbeques and laying out the rugs. Lamb kebabs, pork sausages and chicken breasts will be sizzling across the UK but for the British BBQ one still stands above them all – the hamburger!
