Sodexo Prestige warm up The Grill at The Montcalm

Sodexo Prestige’s Managing Director, David Johnson, welcomed guests to The Grill at The Montcalm last night before local businesses joined Sodexo and Montcalm Hotel staff for drinks and canapés derived from The Grill at The Montcalm’s menu. The evening was a great way to begin the restaurant’s journey with many of the guests enjoying an interactive cocktail masterclass from The Montcalm’s Tom Jolly!

Alan’s Appetisers #4

It has been a busy couple of months with lots happening across our business. In Scotland we recently held the Scottish heat of our Sodexo chef of the year and our Salon Culinaire competition. I also travelled down to ConocoPhillips in Warwick to launch a new hospitality offer, i’ve included the recipe for the pepper salsa – definitely worth trying.
